Report to General Manager, this position will be a highly visible position which requires the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of diverse tasks and assignments, including but not limited to the following:
1.Sort and reply to correspondence received; answer and respond to telephone calls;
2.Maintain and update GL schedules on an ongoing basis;
3.Acts as an information resource and refers inquires to the appropriate department or individual;
4.Maintains complete and accurate records and files through the development of filing systems;
5.Maintains the confidentiality of personnel records, paperwork, and other information;
6.Collects, compiles and inputs data and information in order to produce reports;
7.Performs activities associated with business travel planning including; maintaining ticket records, making reservations, visas application and processing expense reports;
8.Coordinates and plans meetings, inside and outside the company. This may include the taking, typing and distributing of meeting minutes;
9.Performs other duties pertinent to the company as required.

Requirements for office assistant - PA:
1.College degree with at least 1 year experience or graduates, major in English language is preferred;
2.Excellent oral and written English and Chinese communication skills;
3.Highly organized and with the capability to effectively manage multiple tasks at the same time, while meeting deadlines;
4.Computer knowledge is essential, as is proficiency with MS office software;
5.Ability to effectively and concisely communicate operationally critical information to various departments;
6.Experience in administrative duties that include the management of mailings, meeting and travel planning, records management, and expense reconciliation;
7.Demonstrated ability to work independently and willing to learn;
8.Working experience for English speaking foreign manager is preferred.
