We would like to swap our spacious 2 bedroom New York City apartment (>120 sqm) for a 4 bedroom apartment or lane house in central Shanghai for minimum 1 year starting after Nov.1 2010.
Our apartment is located on the upper west side of Manhattan, one block from the 110th street #1 subway line, one block from the park and 5 minutes walk from Columbia University. We have lived in Shanghai for 4+ years and have been subletting our NYC apartment. We are currently looking for a new place and realized that instead of renting we could swap our NYC place for a Shanghai place. So we are looking for a Shanghai family who might be interested in swapping their Shanghai residence with our NYC apartment for at least a year. This compound is perfect located for people who are going to study at Fudan or Tongji, many international students from those universities already live there!!! I would like to sign the contract for 4 months but if that is too short I will sign for 10 months or 1 year... I need 1 bedroom apartment, NEW APARTMENT AND CLEAN. 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom.
